Overview

What Teletype White Label is

White Label means complete masking of Teletype functionality under your own product. Your users see your interface, your brand, and your domain. They don't know Teletype exists under the hood.

This isn't "a partner logo at the bottom of the page" or "powered by Teletype." It's a full-fledged solution that looks and sells as your own product.

How White Label differs from Technical Partnership

Technical Partner (via API)

  • Teletype branding may be visible in part of the interface
  • Access through our API from your product
  • Base rate from 40%
  • Suitable for embedding a single feature

White Label

  • Complete absence of Teletype branding
  • Your interface, domain, pricing
  • Custom terms only
  • Suitable for launching a separate product

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's the minimum volume for White Label?
From 100 concurrent users of your system. Smaller volumes are better served through Technical Partner - it's cheaper and faster to launch.
How much does White Label cost?
Cost depends on the scenario (co-branded / WL / embedded), user volume, and channel set. Different models are possible: monthly fee + per-user, one-time setup fee + revenue share, fixed license, etc. Final terms are in the commercial proposal after the discovery call.
Who pays for channel connections (WABA, Avito, etc.)?
By default - Teletype's side. At larger volumes, direct channel connection on the partner's side is possible - discussed individually.
Can existing customers be migrated to a White Label solution?
Yes. Migration is a separate project stage. We help with transferring history, contacts, settings, and training your team.
Whose servers are used for data storage?
Teletype servers in Russia - this enables compliance with 152-FZ requirements. For large partners, on-premise deployment is possible - discussed individually.
Who will handle support of my customers?
By agreement - options: (1) first line on your side, escalation to us for technical issues; (2) full support on Teletype's side under your name; (3) combined model. Most often, option 1 works - preserves your brand in customer interaction.
What if we want to leave Teletype in a year or two?
All your data and your customers' data remains yours. We help with export - this is written in the contract. The cost is reputational: it's better for us when partners stay long-term, so we work to make this rare.
