Payouts are made in rubles to a bank account of an individual entrepreneur or legal entity under an agency agreement. Withdrawal requests through the dashboard, paid out weekly (Fridays). Minimum withdrawal amount - 5,000 ₽.

How is a customer attributed to me?

Automatically - when they sign up via your referral link. You can also add customers manually through the dashboard by CRM domain or by arrangement with the manager. Attribution is lifetime: as long as the customer pays Teletype, you earn commission.

What happens if I have fewer customers in some month?

The tier is recalculated monthly. If your active customer count drops, your tier adjusts for the following month - but accumulated customers stay attributed to you forever. You continue earning commission on all previously attributed customers at the rate that matched your tier when they signed up.

Can I be a partner without being an entrepreneur or company?

To receive payouts, you need entrepreneur or company status - we work under an agency agreement and transfer commission to a bank account. If you're an individual without status - we recommend registering as self-employed for a simplified setup.

How are "active customers" counted for the scale tier?

Active customer - a customer who paid for a Teletype subscription in the current calendar month. The tier recalculates automatically at the start of each month.

Can I pay for a customer's subscription myself?

Yes. Either let the customer pay Teletype directly (commission accrues in your dashboard), or pay their subscription from your balance with a partner discount applied.
