Can I use Teletype App for free?
Sadly, no. But you can always tailor your plan and pay only for the services you actually need.
How are services charged?
Charges are deducted from your balance every day. The daily amount depends on the services you have enabled - adding or removing items recalculates the daily charge and the projected balance end date automatically.
What is an operator?
An operator is a user (you or a team member) who can read every incoming message and reply to them.
Do you have special pricing for large companies?

Can I change the set of services in my plan over time?
Yes. You can add new services or remove existing ones at any time. The only requirement is that your balance has enough funds to cover any new additions.
Will I lose my data if my balance runs out or I switch to the free baseline?
No, your data is never deleted from Teletype App. If the balance runs out, your data is preserved and you still receive incoming messages from connected channels - but replying will be blocked until you top up the account.
