Glossary Teletype App

Project — an account in the Teletype App that combines connected channels.

Project Owner — a user whose name and email address the project is registered under. The owner has extended privileges, including the ability to add and remove operators, and delete the project.

Agent — a user connected by the project owner who directly communicates with clients.

Profile — a section of the project containing information about the user currently logged into the system.

Integration — connection to connected CRM systems, statistics services, and channels within the project.

Channel — a social network, messenger, or online chat connected to the system from which messages come into the panel.

Panel — a window displaying all dialogues, channels, employees, CRM systems, bots, etc.

Option — an additional capability connected in the tariff configurator.
