Shop.by — Chat Code Installation

1. Copy the widget code from the Online Chat settings.

2. Open your online store’s control panel. In the left menu, click on “General Settings.” Select “Banner Fields.” In the right menu, click on the “Top Text” section.

3. Click the “Source” button. Paste the Online Chat code into the text field. Click “Apply.” The widget is now added to your site.
