1. Copy the widget code from the Online Chat settings.

2. Log in to your online store’s control panel. Click on the “Settings” panel. Go to the “External Services Integration” tab. In the left menu, open the “Custom JavaScript Code” section. Click the “Add Code” button.

3. In the “Service Name” input field, enter “Teletype.” Paste the Online Chat code into the insertion field. Click the “Save Settings” button. The widget has been added to your site.
