1. Copy the widget code from the Online Chat settings.

2. Click on the active link “Add a callout.” Select the option “HTML code (any widget).”

3. In the “Title” field, enter your desired title. In the “HTML code” field, paste the Online Chat code.

4. To save the changes, click the “Add!” button. The chat will appear on your website.
