Customer Information

Client information is located in the right menu of the open chat.

“Main” Block 

This section contains the main information about the client, as well as their conversation rating, interaction history, and collected contact details.

“Assign to” Block

In this section, the project owner can assign an operator to the selected client:

  1. Click “+Select employee.”

2. Select an operator from the dropdown list.

“Select Tag” Block

In this section, you can assign a selected tag to the client.

  1. Click “+Select tag.”

2. Select a tag from the dropdown list.

“Select Category” Block

In this section, you can assign the appropriate category for the dialogue with the client:

  1. Click “+Select category.”

2. Select a category from the dropdown list.

“Notes” Block 

In this section, you can add comments related to working with the client.

Notes are visible only to operators and the project owner; the client will not see them. 

Both operators and the project owner can create notes.

To add a note, you need to:

  1. Click “Add.”

2. Enter the comment text in the corresponding field.

3. Click “Create.”

“Recent Dialogues” Block

This section shows the date of the last dialogue, as well as the channel where the communication took place.
