PlatformaLP — Chat Code Installation

1. Copy the widget code from the Online Chat settings. 

2. In the PlatformaLP service, switch to edit mode. In the HTML section, drag the new “HTML code” element onto the website page.

3. Click the “Edit” button. Paste the chat code into the field.

4. Click “Publish.” The widget is now added to your website.
