When you connect the chat to your website, the chat window will contain a link to Teletype. 

How to Disable the Link to Teletype App

To disable the link, you need to:

1. Go to the project settings.

2. Open the “Channels” section.

3. Click the “Edit” button in the “Chat on the website” row.

4. In the window that appears, go to the “Basic Settings” section.

5. Disable the link to Teletype App.

Disabling the link is a paid feature – 360 RUB/month.

6. Click “Save”. 

After that, the link will be disabled, and the cost will be automatically added to your plan. 

Important Information
