Bitrix — Chat Code Installation

1. Copy the widget code from the Online Chat settings.

2. Go to the “Administration” panel. Click on “Settings.” Then click “Product Settings.” Open “Sites.” Select “Site Templates.”

3. In the settings tab of the desired template, click the “Edit” button.

4. Paste the Online Chat widget code into the editing field before the </body> tag. Click the “Save” button.

4. If your site uses more than one template simultaneously, insert the code into each of them.
