Tags
In the Teletype panel, you can mark clients with tags.
Tags allow you to group/filter clients and quickly find the right clients by tags.
Tags are keywords. Examples of tags include “VIP client,” “Customer complaint,” “Support,” “New client,” etc.
You can add up to 5 tags per client.
How to create tags in the Teletype panel?
- Go to the project settings.
2. In the settings, go to the “Tags” section.
3. Click “Add tag” or “Add“.
4. Enter the tag name.
5. Select the tag color from the dropdown list.
6. Add a description for the tag if needed (optional).
7. Click “Create”.
How to assign a tag to a client in the panel?
- Open the dialog with the client in the Teletype panel.
- On the right side of the panel, in the “Tags” section, click “+Select tag” or enter the tag name.
3. Select a tag from the dropdown list.
4. The selected tag will be assigned to the client.
4. On the right side of the panel, in the “Tags” section, you can remove and assign new tags.
5. Hovering over tags in the dialog feed will display a tooltip with the tag names.
How to find clients by tags?
- Open the search on the left side of the panel.
2. Set the search parameters.
3. In the Tags section, select the tags to search dialogs by from the dropdown list.
4. Click “Find”.
5. The dialog feed will display dialogs with clients matching the search parameters.
6. Also, in the left sidebar of the panel, a quick filter by tags has appeared below Channels and above Operators.
