How to Remove an Operator

To remove an operator from the project, you need to:

1. Go to Settings and click “Teammates” in the left menu.

2. In the window that appears, click “Edit” next to the teammate you want to remove from the project.

3. In the opened window, click “Delete” at the bottom of the form.

4. Select the teammate to whom the dialogs assigned to the removed operator will be transferred.

If you leave this field empty, the dialogs will be available to all other operators.

5. Click “Delete Teammate Profile”. 

How to Restore an Operator

An operator who had dialogs assigned and closed is not completely deleted, as this is necessary for statistics.

Such an operator can be restored if needed by clicking “Restore” in the Teammates section next to that operator.

An operator who had no assigned or closed dialogs is completely removed from the project; if needed, they can be invited again.

Operator Status: frozen

If an operator remains removed from the project for a month, they switch to the frozen status and visually disappear from the project.

However, they still exist in the project database and can be invited back.
