Welcome Message in WhatsApp Business

In WhatsApp Business, you can set up automatic sending of a welcome message when a customer contacts you for the first time.

To configure welcome messages:

1. In WhatsApp, go to MENU (tap the three dots in the top right corner) or SETTINGS.
2. Then tap on Business Tools.

3. In the window that opens, tap Greeting Message.

4. Enable the setting: Send Greeting Message.

5. Edit the text of the welcome message.

6. In the Recipients section, select who will receive the auto message.

7. Save the changes.
