Employee Monitoring Timeline

Employee Control Timeline is a work time monitoring tool that allows you to track employee activity in a clear visual format.

Employee Control Timeline is available to everyone who has set up and paid for working/non-working time statuses for operators in the project.

The control timeline is equipped with three main filters:

  • Employee — allows you to track the activity of a specific operator
  • Group — enables tracking operator activity by groups
  • Date — here you can select a specific day to view data

How to Use the Timeline?

To start using the timeline, you need to:

1. Go to the project settings.

2. In the settings, open the “Employee Control Timeline” section.

1. In the “Employee” filter, select the desired operators.

2. In “Date,” select the day for which you want to view activity.

3. Click the “Show Activities” button.

4. After that, the employee timeline will appear on the screen in a clear visual format.

5. You can also download the employee timeline in Excel by clicking the “Download Excel” button.

Group Employee Control Timeline

1. In the “Employee Group” filter, select the desired group.

2. In “Date,” select the date.

3. Click the “Show Activities” button.

4. After that, the group employee timeline will appear on the screen in a clear visual format.

5. You can also download the group timeline in Excel by clicking the “Download Excel” button.
