NetCat — Chat Code Installation

1. Copy the widget code from the Online Chat settings.

2. Log in to the NetCat platform control panel. Open “Site Settings” to find the template in use.

3. Go to the “Settings” tab. Open the “Design” section. Locate the required template.

4. Select the “Layout Design” panel in the “Development” menu. Find the desired design.

5. Place the Online Chat code into the selected “Footer” panel. The placement of the widget on the page depends on your choice. Important: Uncheck “Enable editor” before pasting the code. Click the “Save” button. The widget is now added to the site.
