Evaluation of Dialogues in Telegram and WhatsApp

At the end of a dialogue with a client, you can enable a request for feedback on the interaction with the operator.

To enable this request, you need to:
1. Go to the project settings.

2. In the project settings, open the “Dialogue Rating” section.

3. Enable the “Request rating after closing the dialogue” setting.

4. If necessary, enable the “Do not request rating twice a day” setting.

This setting prevents sending a rating request if the client has already rated the dialogue within the last 24 hours.

IMPORTANT! If you ENABLE this setting and the system requests a dialogue rating, then DISABLE it afterward, the system will NOT request another rating for the rest of the day because the flag has already been triggered for that dialogue. After 24 hours pass, the rating will be requested again for each dialogue.

5. In the “Channels” section, select the channels where the operator’s performance rating will be requested after closing the dialogue.

6. In the “Message for client” field, edit the text of the message sent to the client when requesting a rating.

Work rating system:
Each work is rated on a universal 5-point scale (from 1 to 5 points), regardless of the message content.

7. After configuring the settings, click the “Save” button.
