Roles in the Teletype App Panel Project

In addition to operators and the owner, you can add Deputies and Owner’s Assistants to the project.

Any operator can be added to the “Project Owner’s Deputy” and “Project Owner’s Assistant” sections.

Project Owner’s Deputy

The Project Owner’s Deputy has the same rights as the project owner. They have full access to settings and are not subject to any visibility restrictions. The only exception is that the Deputy cannot delete the project or create another project; these actions are available only to the Owner.

Project Owner’s Assistant

The Project Owner’s Assistant can view statistics and configure quick reply templates.

Visibility restrictions based on group logic apply to them just like any other operator. That is, if the assistant belongs to any group, visibility restrictions on dialogs will apply accordingly.

How to Add Roles in the Teletype Panel Project

1. Go to the project settings.

2. Go to the Roles section.

3. Select the Project Owner’s Deputy from the list of operators.

4. Select the Project Owner’s Assistant from the list of operators.
