Button ✉️ Take the next conversation

To help operators pick up new conversations faster, we have developed and launched the “✉️Take Next Conversation” button.

Now, to start a new conversation, the operator doesn’t need to manually go to Unanswered; they just need to click the “✉️Take Next Conversation” button, and a new conversation will automatically open and be assigned to the operator. Conversations are distributed randomly.
