Chat bot payments are available as package offers:

• Package: 800 ₽ / 300 calls
• Package: 1700 ₽ / 1000 calls
• Package: 2000 ₽ / 2000 calls
• Package: 8000 ₽ / 10000 calls
• Package: 14000 ₽ / 20000 calls
• Package: 24000 ₽ / 50000 calls

How to Purchase a “Package”?

1. Go to the project settings.

2. In the settings, under the “Tariff and Payment” section, select “Packages”.

3. Choose the desired package option and click “Buy”.

4. Confirm the purchase by clicking the “Buy” button.

5. Purchased packages will be displayed in the “Packages” section.

6. The package activates from the moment the chat bot starts working in a dialogue.

Each chat bot call will be deducted individually from the package.

The number of calls used from the package will also be displayed here.
