1. Copy the widget code from the Online Chat settings.

2. Log in to your online store control panel. Select the “Site” section. Click on the “Settings” panel.

3. Expand the “Counters for all pages” block. Paste the Online Chat code into the text field. Click the “Save” button to apply the changes. The widget is now added to your site.
