Issuing an Invoice for Payment
How to Issue an Invoice for Payment
To generate an invoice for tariff payment, you need to:
- Go to your personal account settings.
2. Click “Top up account” in the left menu.
The amount for one month will be automatically generated in the pop-up window based on the data from the tariff configurator (learn more about the tariff configurator).
3. Select the payment method “Issue an invoice for payment.”
By choosing this payment method, the system will automatically generate an invoice using the company details provided.
4. Click “Add organization” to enter your company details.
5. In the pop-up window, fill in the organization details:
- Organization name;
- Taxpayer Identification Number (INN);
- Tax Registration Reason Code (KPP);
- Legal address;
- Postal address;
- Phone number.
6. Click “Add.”
7. If you want to receive a copy of the invoice at the email address used during registration, check the box next to the corresponding label.
8. Click “Generate invoice.”
9. After being automatically redirected to the page with the generated invoice, print or save the document and provide it to your accountant for payment processing.
How to Get a Discount
When topping up your balance for 3, 6, or 12 months, you can receive an additional bonus credited to your account: from 10% to 25% of the top-up amount (the bonus amount is shown in green).
Special Conditions
If you have added more than 5 channels to your tariff, a message saying “You can get special conditions” will appear at the bottom of the My Tariff section.
- Then click on “You can get special conditions.”
