Device Recommendations

To ensure proper operation of the WhatsApp channel, a number of recommendations must be followed.

1. Connect the channel to a relatively new device, released no earlier than 5 years ago, with at least 2 GB of RAM. Otherwise, the messenger may experience crashes, errors, and slow performance.

Unsupported Devices:

iOS: iPhone models earlier than the 7th generation.

Android: smartphones older than 4 years.

2. Ensure the device has a stable connection to Wi-Fi or 4G.
3. The device connected to the channel must have an unlocked screen, with WhatsApp open and not minimized.
4. Add WhatsApp to the exception list of all optimization apps in the phone settings (if such a setting is available).
5. The messenger should operate on only one device; no other WhatsApp Web sessions should be active.

Important Information

When using our public API to work with WhatsApp, it is necessary to include a timeout when sending messages. If messages are sent too quickly, the messenger may malfunction, and we cannot guarantee stable channel operation. Additionally, sending messages at a high rate may cause WhatsApp to flag them as spam.
