Telegram by Phone Number
You can connect Telegram by phone number to the Teletype App panel in two ways:
— Connection by phone number
— Connection using a QR code
Connection by Phone Number
- Go to the “Add Channel” section in the left menu of the Teletype panel or in the project settings.
2. In the window that appears, select the “Telegram” block.
3. Click “Add Telegram to the plan.”
4. Select the connection method “Connection by phone number.”
5. Click “Next.”
6. Enter the phone number you want to connect.
8. Click “Next.”
9. Wait for the PIN code sent to your Telegram and enter it in the field.
10. Click “Connect.”
11. If necessary, change the channel name.
12. Click “Finish.”
Connection Using a QR Code
- Go to the “Add Channel” section in the left menu of the Teletype panel or in the project settings.
2. In the window that appears, select the “Telegram” block.
3. Click “Add Telegram to the plan.”
4. Select the connection method “Connection using a QR code.”
5. Click “Next.”
A window with a QR code to connect the Telegram channel will open.
6. Open the Telegram app on your phone.
7. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen.
8. Open “Settings.”
9. In Settings, open “Devices.”
10. Tap “Connect Device.”
11. Point the Telegram camera on your phone at the QR code in the panel and wait for the successful scan notification.
12. Change the channel name if necessary.
13. Click “Finish.”
Connecting Telegram by Phone Number Without Authorization in the Panel
- Go to the “Add Channel” section in the left menu of the Teletype panel or in the project settings.
2. In the window that appears, select the “Telegram” block.
3. Click “Add Telegram to the plan.”
A window for connecting Telegram by phone number will open.
4. Copy the link for scanning.
5. Send the copied link via any messenger to the user who will connect Telegram.
6. Paste the copied link and open it in a browser.

7. Select the connection method for Telegram by phone number.
Connection by Phone Number
1. Select “Connection by phone number.”
2. Click “Next.”
3. Enter the phone number you want to connect.
4. Click “Next.”
5. Wait for the PIN code sent to your Telegram and enter it in the field.
6. Click “Connect.”
7. The channel is connected.
8. In the Teletype App panel, click “Finish connection.”
Connection Using a QR Code
- Select “Connection using a QR code.”
2. Click “Next.”
A window with a QR code to connect the Telegram channel will open.
3. Open the Telegram app on your phone.
4. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen.
5. Open “Settings.”
6. In Settings, open “Devices.”
7. Tap “Connect Device.”
8. Point the Telegram camera on your phone at the QR code and wait for the successful scan notification.
9. In the Teletype App panel, click “Finish connection.”
Loading Chat History
After creating a new channel, the panel loads the last 10 chats (excluding group chats). For each loaded chat, the last 20 messages from the conversation are loaded (excluding service messages).
Client Chat Rating
When an operator closes a chat in the Teletype App panel, the client automatically receives the message: “Please rate our conversation with a number from 1 to 5. This will help us improve!”
After the client submits a chat rating, the rating will be displayed in the client’s card.
The rating will also be displayed in the project statistics under the “Employees” section.
