Creating a Business Account on Instagram
How to Create an Instagram Business Account
To create an Instagram business account, you need to:
1. Tap Settings
in Instagram
2. Open the Account
section
3. Select Switch to Professional Account.
4. Choose the category that best describes your business.
5. Then tap Business.
Done! Your Instagram business account is now created.
How to Create a Facebook Business Page
To link your Instagram business account to a Facebook business page, you need to create a Facebook business page if you don’t have one:
- Log in to your Facebook and click
Pages
on the left side
- Then click Create New Page.
3. Enter the page name, category, and description, and upload your photo.
4. After creating your business page, find the Settings
button in the left column and click it:
5. In the settings that open, click the Instagram
button
6. Click the Connect Account
button
7. In the window that opens, log in to the Instagram business account you want to link to your Facebook page.
Done! Your Instagram business account is now linked to your Facebook page.
Attention
After connecting the channel, be sure to check if message access has been granted. To do this:
- Open the Instagram app on your phone
- Go to Settings
- Then find and tap Privacy
- Next, select Messages from the list
- In this section, find Allow Access to Messages and make sure the toggle is turned on
