Integration of Teletype App with Sipuni
Connecting Sipuni in the Teletype Panel
- Go to the project settings.
2. Open the “Telephony” section.
3. Click “Add” or “Add telephony service”.
4. Add Sipuni.
5. Next, go to the Sipuni website and log in.
6. Go to the API Settings in your Sipuni personal account.
7. Generate the integration key and click the “Save” button.
8. Then go to the “Call to number” section and click “Activate service”.
9. Return to the Teletype panel and in the “Sipuni Connection” settings, paste the API token and click “Continue”.
10. Copy the “Sipuni Account Number” from your personal account on the Sipuni website (top right corner of the screen) and enter it in the “Account Number” field.
11. Copy the internal extension number of each operator in Sipuni and enter them in the “Internal Number” fields.
12. Save the changes.
13. In the chat window on the right side of the Teletype panel, a call icon will appear next to the client’s phone number.
If you click it, a call will be made through Sipuni telephony.
A call will come to the device you connected to Sipuni.
