Glossary Teletype App

Project — an account in the Teletype App that consolidates connected channels.

Project Owner — a user under whose name and email the project is registered. The owner has extended privileges, including the ability to add and remove agents and delete the project.

Agent — a user added by the project owner who directly communicates with clients.

Profile — a section of the project containing information about the user currently logged into the system.

Integration — connections to linked CRM systems, analytics services, and channels within the project.

Channel — a social network, messenger, or online chat connected to the system from which messages are received in the panel.

Panel — a window displaying all dialogues, channels, employees, CRM systems, bots, and more.

Option — an additional feature enabled through the tariff configurator.
