Creating a Chatbot in the Dashboard

1. Go to the project settings.

2. In the settings, go to the “Chat Bots” section.

3. Click “Create”.

4. Enter a name for the chat bot.

5. Add a description for the chat bot (optional).

6. Click “Create”.

7. A window will open to select the communication channels where the chat bot will operate.

8. Select the communication channels from the dropdown list.

9. Click “Open Bot Builder”.

10. The panel for creating the chat bot scenario will open.

11. The chat bot builder consists of two areas: the left sidebar (menu of commands for the chat bot) and the right area, where the chat bot scenario is created.

The left sidebar displays the commands for the chat bot.

The right area is where the chat bot scenario is created from blocks.

12. There are also buttons for controlling the chat bot editor.

  1. Arrows to navigate backward and forward through the change history.

2. The “+” / “–” buttons control the zoom level.

The “+” button increases the current zoom by 20%, and the “–” button decreases it by 20%.

3. The “Magic Button” automatically arranges the blocks in a neat order.

13. To save the created chat bot, click the “Close” button in the top right corner.

14. Then click “Save Changes”.
