Terms in the Teletype App

Project — an account in Teletype App that consolidates connected channels.

Project Owner — the user under whose name and email the project is registered. The owner has extended permissions, including the ability to add and remove operators and delete the project.

Employee/Operator — a user connected by the project owner who directly communicates with clients.

Profile — the project section containing information about the user currently logged into the system.

Integration — a connection to CRM systems, analytics services, and channels linked to the project.

Channel — a social network, messenger, or online chat connected to the system from which messages are received in the panel.

Control Panel – the window displaying all dialogs, channels, employees, CRM systems, bots, etc. 

Option — an additional feature enabled in the tariff configurator.
