Reassigning a Conversation

Any conversation with a client in the Teletype panel can be reassigned from one operator to another.

To do this, you need to:

1. Find and open the desired conversation with the client in the Teletype panel.

2. In the right sidebar, within the Assign to section, select the operator to whom you want to assign the conversation, and click on their name.

3. After that, a system notification about the conversation reassignment will appear in the chat with the client, and the selected operator will be shown in the Assign to section.

Automatic Distribution of Requests
