Connecting SberCRM

Before Connecting

You can connect WhatsApp channels, VKontakte groups, Avito, Max by number, Telegram by number to SberCRM, meaning your CRM will receive inquiries from these channels. Before connecting Teletype to SberCRM, make sure the required channels are connected to Teletype and are active.

Connecting SberCRM

  1. Go to the Teletype panel settings and select the “CRM Systems” section.

2. Click “Add.”

3. Select “SberCRM.”

4. In the window that opens, copy the API token to connect to SberCRM.

5. Then, in your SberCRM personal account, go to “Settings” and select the “Marketplace” section.

6. In the “Marketplace” section, go to “Communications” and select “Teletype.”

7. In the connection window that opens, click “Install.”

8. Then go to “Settings.”

9. In the window that opens, paste the API token copied from the Teletype panel and click “Connect.”

10. After saving the API token, the channels connected to Teletype will appear in this window.

11. In the SberCRM panel, all dialogues from the connected Teletype channels will appear in the Chats section at the top right.
