Personal Data
When working with clients, it is possible to hide certain data from operators.
This helps provide an additional level of confidentiality.
The following data can be hidden:
— Email
— Phone number
— Client name
— Profile link
How to configure data hiding
To configure data hiding, follow the steps below for each type of information.
1. E-mail
1.1 To hide the email in the client card, activate the setting.
1.2 After activating and saving the setting, the operator will see the email hidden in the client card.
2. Phone number
2.1 Enable the setting to hide the phone number in the client card.
2.2 In the filter, select how many of the last digits of the phone number should be visible (for example, you can leave only the last 3 digits visible).
2.3 After saving the setting, the operator will see the phone number in the client card masked.
3. Client name
3.1 Enable the setting to hide the client’s name.
3.2 After activating and saving the setting, the client’s name will be hidden from the operator in the client card.
4. Profile link
4.1 Enable the setting to hide the client’s profile link.
4.2 After enabling this setting, the profile link will be unavailable to the operator.
Hiding the client’s profile link is available in channels such as Telegram by number, Telegram bot, VK direct, VK group, Instagram, and Facebook.
Completing the setup
After completing the settings, verify the correctness of the selected parameters and click “Save.”
